【岗位职责】
1、参与酒店前台的日常运营和管理，监督前台员工的服务质量和流程规范，确保按标准执行；
2、及时处理客户投诉及突发事件，提升客户满意度；
3、激励并带领团队完成部门enrollment, upselling, OTA好评等板块工作，提升部门KPI；
4、负责前台排班及培训，优化团队工作效率；
5、审核并确保各类单据及流程的准确性，协助财务部门完成相关对账工作；
6、协调与其他相关部门的沟通协作，确保运营顺畅；
7、定期检查前台设备及物资储备，对于异常及时处理；
8、执行领导交办的其他任务。
【岗位要求】
1、形象气质良好，具备日常的英文沟通能力；
2、具有3年以上品牌酒店前台接待工作经验，1年以上同岗位管理经验优先；
3、熟悉酒店前台操作系统（如Opera）及基本财务流程；
4、能适应倒班工作制，抗压能力强；
5、具备万豪品牌酒店前台工作经验优先。
