【岗位职责】
1、辅助前厅部经理进行部门的日常运营管理，确保为宾客提供高效、优质的服务体验；
2、及时处理客户投诉及突发事件，提升客户满意度；
3、优化房态控制流程，提高客房出租率与收益，积极增销；
4、主持前厅交接班会议，传达酒店政策，协调部门间工作衔接；
5、定期分析宾客满意度、OTA评分等相关数据，制定服务改进方案并推动落实；
6、负责前厅部员工排班、培训及绩效考核，提升团队专业能力；
7、审核并确保各类单据及流程的准确性，协助财务部门完成相关对账工作；
8、管理前厅运营物资，控制部门成本支出。
【岗位要求】
1、形象气质佳，具备良好的英文沟通能力，熟悉前台操作系统（如Opera）；
2、具备3年以上品牌酒店前台接待工作经验，1年以上同岗位管理经验优先；
3、优秀的客户服务意识，能妥善处理各类突发事件及宾客投诉；
4、较强的团队管理能力，有2年以上万豪旗下酒店前厅主管经验者优先；
5、能适应倒班工作制，抗压能力强。
