【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店夜间前台的全面运营管理工作，确保夜班期间前台服务高效有序；
2、处理夜间宾客入住、退房及相关服务需求，提供专业热情的接待服务；
3、监督夜间客房状态管理，协调相关部门及时处理突发情况；
4、妥善处理夜间宾客投诉及突发事件，及时上报重大情况并做好记录；
5、核对夜间账目及营业报表，确保财务数据准确无误；
6、维护前台区域整洁及设备正常运转，做好交接班记录。
【岗位要求】
1、能适应夜班工作制；
2、具备基础的酒店管理系统操作能力，有OPERA经验者优先；
3、良好的沟通协调能力和应急处理能力；
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能独立处理夜间事务；
5、基本英语交流能力，能处理外宾简单需求；
6、无不良嗜好，身体健康，能胜任夜间工作强度。
