【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、餐饮等产品的销售工作，完成公司下达的销售任务指标；
2、开发新客户资源，维护现有客户关系，定期拜访客户并建立长期合作；
3、根据市场动态及客户需求，制定销售策略并推动执行；
4、协助策划并执行酒店营销活动，提升品牌影响力；
5、收集市场信息及竞争对手动态，及时反馈并提出优化建议；
6、处理客户预订、合同签订及后续服务跟进，确保客户满意度；
7、定期提交销售报告及数据分析，优化销售流程。
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的市场开拓能力和客户服务意识；
2、良好的沟通表达能力和谈判技巧；
3、能承受一定工作压力，适应快节奏工作环境；
4、具备团队协作精神，能积极配合跨部门工作；
5、熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT等）；
6、有酒店、旅游或相关行业销售经验者优先，无经验者可培训；
7、工作积极主动，责任心强，能适应短期出差或弹性工作时间。
