【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店品牌形象的市场推广与宣传工作，制定并执行市场传讯计划；
2、策划和组织线上线下营销活动，提升酒店品牌知名度和客户粘性；
3、撰写新闻稿、宣传文案及社交媒体内容，确保信息传递的准确性和吸引力；
4、维护与媒体、合作伙伴的关系，拓展宣传渠道，提升酒店曝光度；
5、监测市场动态及竞争对手动向，及时调整宣传策略；
6、协助设计宣传物料，包括海报、宣传册、视频等，确保品牌视觉一致性；
7、定期分析市场传讯效果，提交数据报告并提出优化建议。
【岗位要求】
1、对市场营销、品牌传播或公关工作有浓厚兴趣，具备相关经验者优先；
2、优秀的文字表达能力，能够独立撰写各类宣传文案；
3、熟悉社交媒体运营及数字营销工具，如微信公众号、微博、抖音等；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能与内外部团队高效合作；
5、思维活跃，创意丰富，能够快速响应市场变化；
6、工作细致认真，具备较强的执行力和抗压能力；
7、熟练使用Office办公软件及基础设计工具（如Photoshop、Canva等）者优先。
