【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店餐厅的日常菜品制作，确保出品质量稳定、口味正宗；
2、根据菜单要求，完成食材的切配、腌制、烹饪等工作，保证菜品色、香、味俱佳；
3、协助厨房主管进行菜品研发与创新，定期推出符合季节或市场需求的特色菜品；
4、严控食材的新鲜度，严格遵守食品安全与卫生标准，确保厨房操作环境整洁、安全；
5、合理控制食材成本，避免浪费，协助管理厨房库存；
6、遵守酒店规章制度，配合团队完成大型宴会或特殊活动等餐饮服务工作；
7、完成上级安排的其他任务。
【岗位要求】
1、具备中餐烹饪技能，熟悉常见中式菜系的制作方法，有国际联号酒店厨房部工作经验优先；
2、对食材特性、火候掌控及调味搭配有一定了解；
3、具备团队协作精神，服从工作安排；
4、对菜品创新有热情，愿意学习并提升烹饪技艺；
5、身体健康，吃苦耐劳，手脚麻利，无不良嗜好。
