【岗位职责】
1、负责制定并执行酒店市场销售战略，完成年度销售目标；
2、开拓和维护客户资源，建立长期稳定的合作关系；
3、分析市场趋势和竞争对手动态，动态调整销售策略；
4、管理销售团队，制定绩效考核标准，提升团队整体业绩；
5、协调与其他部门的合作，确保销售策略与酒店运营无缝衔接；
6、策划并执行各类市场推广活动，提升酒店品牌知名度；
7、统筹酒店内外的公关宣传工作和推销活动，审阅对外发布的宣传稿件等。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，5年以上同岗位工作经验，具备万豪品牌酒店从业经验优先；
2、自带客户资源，并能够独立处理客户关系；
3、擅长新媒体运营及OTA运营管理；
4、具备市场营销思维，有较强的市场分析能力和销售策划能力；
5、具备团队管理经验，能够激励和带领团队达成目标；
6、对酒店行业有深入了解，熟悉市场动态和客户需求；
7、结果导向，能够承受工作压力并适应快节奏环境。
