工作职责：
1、正确掌握当日酒店客房的需求及供应状况，了解当日客人抵、离店情况，核对房态，做好分房工作。
2、热情接待客人，办理各种手续，提前安排Vp客人和会议客人的入住登记。
3、严格遵守保密制度，维护顾客利益，特殊情况及时请示上级。
4、与相关部门保持联系，及时处理各种信息，努力提高服务质量及客房出租率。
5、接受和处理预订信息。
6、对客人的询问要热情、礼貌、迅速地应答，为客人提供留言、叫醒、咨询等服务。7、熟悉工作中常用及重要的各类电话号码，按工作程序迅速、准确地转接每一个电话，
保证通讯工作畅通，并做好各项记录。
8、负责为客人结帐，收取以现金或转帐、信用卡等支付方式的住宿、洗衣等费用。
9、将住客帐单分类并及时输入电脑，妥善保存。
10、爱护各类设备，保证通讯设备整洁、畅通，维护其正常工作。
11、认真做好贵重物品登记保管及行李寄存、提取工作。
12、对酒店发生的失火、盗窃、急病等紧急情况，按照酒店规定迅速通知有关部门妥善处理13、认真及时地完成上级委派的其它工作。
