岗位职责:
1、遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。负责酒店配电、供水、供气、供暖工作。
2、按照配电设备维修保养规程,对酒店内所有配用电设备、设施、灯具的维护维修和保养工作(包括各处开关柜、各处开关箱等):
3、当发生停电事件时,立即与物业、供电部门联系,问明停电原因和恢复时间，并做好准确记录。
4、负责强电井的设备和场地整洁、卫生、无杂物，强电井内严禁堆放易燃易爆等危险品。
5、负责酒店给排水系统、水暖空调系统、消防系统，管道、阀门、消防水龙头、消防栓、泵及其辅件的维修保养。
6、负责卫生洁具如:淋浴头、洗脸盆、水龙头、马桶、地漏等设备设施的维修保养。
7、酒店内建筑及所有场地的地下管道、地漏和阴井的清理、疏通。8、负责煤气主管道、阀门及辅件的维修保养。
9、负责酒店生活水池、消防水池的清洗，楼层水箱、膨胀水箱及辅件等的维修保养。
10、按计划检修客房,检修公共区域,根据客房损坏情况排出先后次序。
