· Develop a detailed recruitment plan according to the hotel's annual business plan and staffing, clarifying recruitment requirements, time nodes, and recruitment channels.

根据酒店年度经营计划和人员编制,制定详细的招聘计划,明确招聘需求、时间节点和招聘渠道。

· Actively expand and maintain various recruitment channels, including online recruitment platforms, campus recruitment, talent markets, social media, etc., to ensure the wide dissemination and effective coverage of recruitment information.

积极拓展和维护各类招聘渠道,包括线上招聘平台、校园招聘、人才市场、社交媒体等,确保招聘信息的广泛传播和有效覆盖。

· Lead the recruitment process, from job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement to hiring decisions, ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, fair, and professional.

· 主导招聘流程,从职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排到录用决策,保证招聘过程高效、公正、专业。

· Use a variety of search tools and techniques to actively search for potential suitable candidates and establish a hotel talent pool.

· 运用多种搜索工具和技巧,主动搜寻潜在的合适候选人,建立酒店人才库。

· Conduct preliminary screening and evaluation of candidates. Through telephone communication, online testing, etc., understand the basic situation, professional skills, and job - seeking intentions of candidates, and select candidates who meet the job requirements for the interview stage.

对候选人进行初步筛选和评估,通过电话沟通、在线测试等方式,了解候选人的基本情况、专业技能和求职意向,挑选出符合岗位要求的候选人进入面试环节。

· Work closely with the hiring department to deeply understand the job requirements and responsibilities, provide professional talent screening suggestions to the hiring department, and ensure that the recommended candidates are highly matched to the positions.

与用人部门紧密合作,深入了解岗位需求和职责,为用人部门提供专业的人才筛选建议,确保推荐的候选人与岗位高度匹配。

· Organize and participate in the interview process. Use effective interview techniques to comprehensively understand the comprehensive qualities, work experience, ability levels, and team adaptability of candidates.

组织并参与面试工作,运用有效的面试技巧,全面了解候选人的综合素质、工作经验、能力水平和团队适应性。

· Evaluate candidates together with the hiring department, comprehensively considering the performance of candidates in various aspects to provide an objective and accurate basis for hiring decisions.

与用人部门共同对候选人进行评估,综合考量候选人的各方面表现,为录用决策提供客观、准确的依据。

·  Provide timely feedback on interview results to candidates. Treat unhired candidates with respect and courtesy to maintain the hotel's good image.

及时向候选人反馈面试结果,对未录用的候选人保持尊重和礼貌,维护酒店的良好形象。

· Keep in close communication with new employees, assist in handling onboarding procedures, and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

与新员工保持密切沟通,协助办理入职手续,确保入职流程顺畅、高效。

· Introduce the hotel's corporate culture, rules and regulations, work environment, and career development paths to new employees to help new employees integrate into the hotel team quickly.

向新员工介绍酒店的企业文化、规章制度、工作环境和职业发展路径,帮助新员工快速融入酒店团队。

· Follow up on the performance of new employees during the probationary period. Regularly communicate with the hiring department and new employees to promptly solve problems encountered by new employees in work and life, and improve the retention rate of new employees.

跟进新员工试用期表现,定期与用人部门和新员工沟通,及时解决新员工在工作和生活中遇到的问题,提高新员工的留存率。

·  Regularly collect, organize, and analyze recruitment data, including the effectiveness of recruitment channels, recruitment cycle, talent turnover rate, etc., to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment work.

定期收集、整理和分析招聘数据,包括招聘渠道效果、招聘周期、人才流失率等,评估招聘工作的成效。

· Adjust recruitment strategies and methods in a timely manner based on the analysis results, optimize the recruitment process, and improve the efficiency and quality of recruitment.

根据数据分析结果,及时调整招聘策略和方法,优化招聘流程,提高招聘效率和质量。

· Report the progress and results of recruitment work to the hotel management, providing data support and decision - making basis for the hotel's human resources planning.

向酒店管理层汇报招聘工作进展和成果,为酒店人力资源规划提供数据支持和决策依据。

· Assist in carrying out employee relations activities to promote team cohesion and employee satisfaction, and create a positive working atmosphere.

协助开展员工关系活动,促进团队凝聚力和员工满意度的提升,营造积极向上的工作氛围。

· Actively promote the hotel's corporate culture and values during the recruitment process, attract talents who identify with the hotel culture to join, and contribute to the construction of corporate culture.

在招聘过程中,积极宣传酒店的企业文化和价值观,吸引认同酒店文化的人才加入,为企业文化建设贡献力量。
