岗位描述：

1、制定数字和电子商务的总体方向,以帮助推动客房及其他相关收入，并制定行动计划，以实现线上业务的收入目标。

2、执行和监控所有在线广告、直播合作、达人带货等活动，以确保达到最佳效果，加强酒店的市场影响力和占有率。

3、负责短视频内容生产与投流，包括但不限于微信抖音小红书及其他平台。

4、日常维护洒店官网和所有 OTA 渠道的信息，负责网终渠道客评管理。

5、与线上媒体，供应商及申子商务平台等渠道合作，确保酒店与分销渠道合作的品质和执行。

6、定期汇总并提供行业新闻、动态趋势、问题，及最佳实践并持续更新。

任职条件：

有3年以上高星级酒店同岗位工作经验。熟练使用 Premiere/PS，能产出“建筑美学+生活方式”短视频内容。
