岗位职责：
1、确保所有客人都能获得良好体验；
2、基于服务指导标准，全面负责餐厅的运营工作，为宾客提供优质服务；
3、对所有管理指标负责，包括品质、营收、成本、培训、设备、安全等领域；
4、为一线同事提供所有支持，以确保员工能快速且优雅地为宾客提供服务；
5、在公司的管理体系和框架下，不断完善和优化酒店各项的服务流程和工作规范；
6、打造良好的工作氛围及有凝聚力的团队。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，酒店管理相关专业毕业；
2、有高端餐饮或星级酒店餐饮部门管理经验，黑珍珠、米其林餐厅工作经验尤佳；
3、扎实的餐饮运营管理技能，优秀的沟通能力及跨部门协作能力；
4、身体健康、形象气质佳。年龄30-45岁之间。
