房务经理
岗位职责
1. 全面统筹客房、PA、布草、前厅后勤等房务板块日常运营管理，制定部门工作计划与执行标准。
2. 管控客房卫生、服务质量、物资损耗及成本核算，提升宾客入住体验，降低投诉率。
3. 负责部门人员排班、培训、绩效考核，打造高效稳定的房务团队。
4. 对接工程、销售、安保等部门，协调客房维修、OTA点评维护、接待保障等工作。
5. 落实酒店各项管理制度，完成上级下达的经营与管理指标。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理相关专业优先，3年以上同岗位管理经验，熟悉星级酒店运营体系。
2. 精通客房、前台、成本管控等全流程工作。
3. 具备优秀的团队管理、沟通协调及问题处理能力，抗压性强。
4. 品行端正，责任心强，熟悉酒店消防及安全规范。
薪资待遇
- 薪资：8000—10000元/月（根据经验面议）
- 福利：缴纳社保、包吃包住、带薪年假、节日福利、生日福利
