【岗位职责】
1. 负责中厨房及宴会厨房的炒锅岗位日常工作，按照标准流程完成菜品的烹饪、装盘与出品。
2. 严格遵守食品安全与卫生规范，确保食材新鲜、操作规范，保证菜品质量稳定。
3. 根据宴会菜单或零点需求，高效完成热菜制作，并协助切配、调料准备等前期工作。
4. 维护工作区域的整洁与设备安全，定期检查炉灶、锅具及辅助工具，及时报修异常。
5. 配合厨师长完成新菜研发、成本控制及库存盘点，合理使用食材，减少浪费。
6. 与厨房其他岗位（如冷菜、点心、烧腊）紧密协作，确保出餐节奏顺畅，满足宾客需求。
【岗位要求】
1. 学历、经验、年龄不限，热爱烹饪行业，对中式炒锅技术有基础认知或学习意愿。
2. 责任心强，能适应酒店餐饮的快节奏工作环境，具备良好的团队合作精神。
3. 身体健康，持有有效健康证，无不良嗜好，能接受排班制及节假日工作安排。
4. 有基本的刀工、火候掌握能力，或愿意从基础学起并接受系统培训。
5. 服从管理，遵守酒店各项规章制度，注重个人卫生及厨房安全操作规范。
