Conduct market research and feasibility studies of potential resort projects and new created brand projects through site inspection, due diligence, financial modeling, and other suitable methodologies
•	监控和更新内部开发报告系统中的数据和项目信息，包括销售人员系统、开发报告、业主数据库、签名和领导预测以及相关融资报告；
Monitor and update the data and project information in the internal development pipeline reporting system including Sale Force system, pipeline reporting, owner’s database, signings and leads forecasts, and relevant financing report
•	通过收集经济和营销数据以及相关第三方报告，建立业务发展数据库，不断更新度假村/酒店市场、行业观察和趋势分析；
Keep update to resort/hotel market, industry watch and trend analysis by collecting economic and marketing data and relevant third-party report, establishing business development database
•	促进行业活动的参与和赞助，如展览和论坛；
Facilitate the participation and sponsorship of the industry events e.g. exhibitions and forums. 
•	协议、项目文件和团队文件归档；
Agreements, project files and team’s documentation filing.
