【岗位职责】
1、负责制定并执行酒店整体收益管理策略，优化客房、餐饮及其他收入渠道的定价体系，确保收益；
2、监控市场动态、竞争对手定价及行业趋势，定期分析数据并调整收益策略；
3、管理酒店预订渠道（OTA、直销等），协调销售、市场及运营团队，确保收益目标与经营计划一致；
4、建立并维护收益管理相关报表及预测模型，定期向管理层提交收益分析报告；
5、指导并培训相关部门员工，提升团队对收益管理的理解和执行能力；
6、评估促销活动及套餐产品的收益表现，提出优化建议并推动落地；
7、与集团收益管理部门保持沟通，确保本地策略符合集团整体方向。
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店收益管理或相关领域工作经验，熟悉收益管理工具及系统（如RMS、PMS等）；
2、精通数据分析及预测模型构建，能熟练使用Excel、Power BI等工具处理复杂数据；
3、对市场趋势敏感，具备优秀的商业洞察力和决策能力；
4、出色的沟通协调能力，能跨部门推动策略执行；
5、逻辑清晰，抗压能力强，能在快节奏环境中高效工作；
6、具有奢华或者高端酒店同类职位的工作经验者和酒店筹开经验者优先；
7、英语能力良好，能阅读及撰写专业报告（优先考虑）。
