【岗位职责】

1、全面负责酒店安全保卫工作，制定并执行酒店安全管理制度、应急预案及安保标准操作流程；

2、统筹管理酒店安保团队，包括人员排班、培训考核及日常督导，确保24小时安全值守；

3、主导酒店消防系统、监控设备及安防设施的日常巡检与维护，确保设备正常运行；

4、处理突发事件及安全投诉，协调公安、消防等政府部门开展调查与善后工作；

5、定期组织反恐防暴、消防疏散等安全演练，提升全员应急处理能力；

6、分析酒店安全风险隐患，提交改进方案并监督整改措施落实。

【岗位要求】

1、具备3年以上奢华或高端酒店同类职位的工作经验，熟悉酒店安全运营体系；

2、精通安保设备操作及消防系统管理，持有消防设施操作员或安保管理相关资格证书；

3、出色的突发事件处置能力，熟悉治安管理条例及消防法规；

4、具备团队领导力与跨部门协调能力，能有效组织安全培训与应急演练；

5、身体健康，能适应轮班工作制及高强度应急处置；

6、具有酒店筹开经验者优先。
