Your future mission 岗位职责：
1. Propose most suitable rate and increase market share.
提供最合适的价格方案及提高市场占有率。
2. Conduct yield management for maximum revenue.
建立与收益总监的销售管理协作以争取高利润。
3. Offer the suggestions to promote hotel effectively and efficiently both domestically or internationally and all productions do meet with the requirement of Accor standard and specifications.
提供有效地在国内外推销符合雅高酒店集团标准的酒店产品的建议。
4. Keep well informed about the operations especially in key departments (Rooms, F&B etc.).
协调与其他部门（如餐饮、客房等）的协作，推动整体业绩增长。
5. Co-ordinate with the rooms division Director to implement a yield management and up selling program in the Front Office Department gaining maximum occupancy.
同房务部总监密切协调以实现房价管理，并促进前厅部的销售以获得的高住房率。
6. Direct Reservations and sales team with training and prompt information on rates/packages/changes for proper and efficient services to ensure maximum bookings.
指导并培训销售及预订人员，收集关于房价、套餐及市场变化的信息，为达到最广泛的预订系统提供完善与高效的服务。
You are 岗位要求：
1. Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历。
2. Minimum five (5) years relevant experience in a similar position in a luxury international hotel brand.
在奢华国际酒店内从事至少五年同等岗位的经验。
3. Mastering the knowledge of sales skills, have the strong practice experience and positive attitude to work.
掌握出色的销售的技能、技巧知识，并具有较强的实践经验，以及积极的工作态度。
4. Excellent team management experience.
优秀的团队管理经验，能够激励并带领销售团队达成目。
5. Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English.
优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
