Your future mission 岗位职责：
1. Conducts daily walk-through to ensure LQA standards are implemented anddelivered to every guest.

2. Adheres to and promotes the health & safety policies to ensure asafe work environment and knowledgeable all safety & emergency procedures.

3. Aware of VIP visitors and loyalty guests,establish and maintain an effective communication system with operation teamthe arrival, departure and special needs, offer them a polite and courteouspersonal service.
认知贵宾和忠实宾客，建立并维系与运营团队进行有关贵宾和忠实宾客入住、离店和其他特殊需求的有效沟通体系，并提供有礼有节的个性化服务。
4. Full utilization of PMS/Royal Service Manager/InTouch/iConcierge toembrace guest experience.
充分利用各类酒店管理系统和软件以提高宾客体验。
5. Liaison between Front Office departments and rest of hotel effective forguest experience.
在前厅部内部与酒店其他部门之间有效的沟通来提高宾客体验。
6. Regular communication with the night shift DutyManager regarding the supervision of the night shift Concierge personnel,identifying and dealing with any issues that may arise.
与夜班值班经理保持沟通以了解夜班礼宾部同事的情况，分辨并解决可能发生的问题。
7. Management of the guest service experience / personalization.
确保个性化服务以提升客人体验。
You are 岗位要求：
1. Diploma or Degree preferably in hospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的专科及以上学历。
2. Minimum three (3) years relevant experience in a similar position in a renown international hotel brand.
在知名国际酒店内从事至少三年类似岗位的经验。
3. PMS and Office software knowledge.
熟悉并掌握Opera酒店管理系统和各类办公软件。
4. Excellent oral and written skills in Mandarin and English.
优秀的中英文听说读写能力。
5. Members of Les Clefs d’Or.
金钥匙会员。
6. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
优秀的人际关系和沟通能力。
7. Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions.
自信的解决问题与决策的能力。
