Your future mission 岗位职责：
1. To assist Director of People & Culture and People & Culture Manager to handle personnel routine work.
协助人事与文化总监和人事与文化部经理处理日常人才与文化工作。
2. Reports to theTalent & Culture Manager regarding talent monthly attendance records
向人才与文化经理汇报每月人才出勤记录。
3. Keep monthly records regarding talent tardiness, absenteeism, vacation, sick leave, leave without pay, compassionate leave, and maternity leave for MIS reports.
每月记录人才迟到、缺勤、病假、无薪请假、补休、产假的情况。
4. Maintains and updates talent records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.
管理和更新人才的档案、法律法规文件、酒店规章制度与工作程序，以及其它人事文件。
5. Keep all working areas in the department clean, all equipment well maintained and keep all files in the order.
维护部门工作区域的整洁，所有设备得到良好维护，并保证文件的整洁到位。
6. Entering and updating validity periods of talents health certificates. Checking
7. To assist People& Culture manager to recruit talent and complete reference check before hiring procedure.
协助招聘人才和聘用人才前完成背景调查。
You are 岗位要求：
1. Fluent writtenEnglish, and can communicate orally.
英语书面语流利，口语可以交流
2. Good computer skills and management ability.

3. 2 years supervisory experience in related working experience.
