Your future mission 岗位职责：
1. Responsible for all facilities of Employee Accommodation, ensuring that establishment is run efficiently, that standards of cleanliness and maintenance are upheld (in rooms, bathrooms, public areas), that budget is controlled. Maintains a service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to all employees.
负责员工宿舍的所有设施设备，确保设施正常有效运转，清洁及维护达到标准（员工房间、浴室、公共区域），合理控制预算。秉承管理服务理念，为所有员工起指导作用。
2. Establish a system to strength the cleaning and security in team member residence.
建立卫生及安全检查制度来确保宿舍的卫生和宿舍清洁员的日常工作。
3. Maintain effective communication with live-in team members, to improve the service in accordance with team member’s opinions and suggestions.
能与入住宿舍的员工保持良好的沟通渠道，能针对员工提出的意见或建议进行合理的积极的分析和反馈并能采取措施给予落实。
4. To ensure good operation and maintenance of all kinds of equipment.
检查并保证员工宿舍区域设施设备正常运转，并提供维护、保养和维修的服务。
5. Responsible for good communication and contact with the dormitory owner or property company, and can guarantee timely delivery when needed.
负责与宿舍业主或物业公司之间的良好沟通和联系，在需要业主或物业公司提供维护、保养和维修服务项目时，能保证及时提供。
6. Ensure hotel information and training information is timely and accurately delivered.
能传达酒店内及时的信息给员工，保证员工能获得各种信息和要求的培训。
You are 岗位要求：
1.High school diploma and above.
高中及以上学历。
2. Two years or above related experience and housekeeping experience.
2年及以上相关工作经验，具有客房部相关工作经验优先。
3. Goodcomputer skill.
良好的计算机操作能力。
4. Good communication skills, good organization & coordination skill.
具有较强的沟通技巧和组织协调能力。
5. Strong sense of responsibility and self -motivation.
强烈的责任感及自我激励能力。
