Your future mission 岗位职责：
1. To assist the Purchasing Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation ofthe Purchasing Department.
协助采购经理确保采购工作的正常运行。
2. Process the Purchase Request and ultimately the Purchase Order.
制定采购申请单和定单。
3. Contact with suppliers to ensure the delivering date of goods to hotel according to regulation of contract.
确定已订购货物的送货时间并和供应商联系保证货物按要求送批酒店。
4. Ensure that a process exists for an immediate response to all purchasing department problems.
对其他使用部门的采购疑问能提供专业的服务。
5. Ensure that Purchasing Manuals are kept up-to-date and only approved items are purchased. Purchase Order Logs should be maintained.
确保采购单货物的价格的定价及只能购买被批准的货物，采购记录本必须及时更新。
6. Make sure the purchase policy and procedures are adhered to under the supervision of the purchase manager. Choose the best price without scarify our standard.
在采购经理的管理下，确保采购程序的运作。在不降低标准的前提下，选择最合适的价格。
You are 岗位要求：
1. College degree or above.
大专或以上学历，财务相关专业
2. 3years or above experience in related work. in the area of recruitment at international hotels
三年以上国际品牌酒店相关工作的经验
3. Fluent oral and written English.
有良好的英语能力
4. With capability of communication and coordination
有较强的沟通协调和管理能力
5. Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
工作认真负责，作风正派，处事公正，有良好的素质
6. Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility
能较好完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务
