工作内容：
Job Content：
1、掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务；
Be familiar with the status of guests on the floor you are responsible for and provide guest services.
2、管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收；
Manage the floor quota items well, strictly control the consumption of guest supplies, and do a good job in waste recycling.
3、负责对结帐房间的查房工作；
Be responsible for the room inspection work of the checkout rooms.
4、负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作；
Be responsible for receiving guests' laundry, returning and replenishing beverages.
5、负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和部分房间的清洁工作；
Be responsible for the cleaning of the public areas on the floor and some rooms.
6、负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作；
Be responsible for the cleaning and disinfection of cups and utensils.
7、负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作；
Be responsible for the collection, replacement of dirty linen and the folding and placement of new linen.
8、完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。
Complete the inventory of consumables for each period.
