Responsibilities职责:
- 协助主厨确保厨房每个部门的生产及管理;
Assisting head chef with producing and managing each station;
- 负责厨房的日常工作和技术指导,确保各部门出品品质及数量严格符合餐厅标准;
Responsible for the daily work and technical guidance of the kitchen, ensure production of each station, including quantity and quality strictly meet the restaurant standards.
- 严格按照标准及程序出菜,对每一道进行测试,确保所有已出菜品严格符合餐厅标准;
Producing dishes strictly according to restaurant standard, test every dish before service, and ensure every dish meets the highest standard.
- 服务期间,与餐厅团队及客人,进行高效,专业且礼貌的沟通,确保运营流畅,并为客人带来优质的体验;
Communicating with restaurant team and guests in a efficiency, professional and respectful manners, to ensure smooth operation and provide a high quality service to guests.
- 严格遵守餐厅个人卫生以及环境卫生标准,以身作则并监督检查各个部门的完成情况;
Strictly abide by the personal hygiene and environmental hygiene standards of the restaurant, lead by example and supervise the completion of each station.
- 每日根据所需,向供应商按时按量订货,确保到店食材标准符合餐厅所需,并合理控制成本;
Place daily orders to suppliers on time and in quantity as required. Making sure all the ingredients arrived in the restaurant is within cost and meet standards.
- 为厨房员工进行必要的相关培训及管理,包括但不限于厨房各项标准,设备使用指导,服务流程等;
Provide necessary training and management to kitchen staff, Including but not limited to kitchen standards, equipment usage guidance, service flow etc.
- 在主厨不在的情况下,依旧保持厨房正常运转,并在服务期间保证所有品控与出品节奏;
Can run service when head chef is not around, and ensure all quality, quantity and service flow meet restaurant standard.
- 主厨分配的其他相关工作。

Requirement要求:
- 5-10年在米其林餐厅或亚洲50佳西餐厅工作经历;
5-10 years experiences in Michelin starred or 50 best western restaurants.
- 至少2年以上作为副厨职位,并与行业内受人尊敬的主厨直接共事过;
At least 2 years of experiences being a Sous Chef and working closely with a respected chef in the industry.
- 对厨房卫生有极高标准,做事有条理并整洁;
Very high standard for kitchen sanitation, very organized and neat.
- 对本地及国际各类食材有较好了解;
Good understanding of local and international ingredients.
- 对美食和高端餐饮有极高热情;
Great passion for food and fine dining industry.
- 可用英文及中文流畅沟通;
Fluent in both English and Chinese.
- 可适应快速、高强度及高压的工作环境。
Ability to work in high paced and high pressured environment.
