Formulate the organizational structure and management operation mode of the engineering department to make its operation quick and reasonable.

Summarize and generalize the operation and maintenance, formulate and approve the preventive maintenance plans for equipment, facilities and building decoration.
总结归纳运行和维修、制定和审定设备设施及建筑装潢的预防性维修计划。
Be responsible for the cost-saving operation and tracking of the engineering department, control the consumption of water, electricity, oil, etc., and strictly control the maintenance costs.
负责工程部的节支运行、跟踪，控制水、电、油、等的消耗并严格控制维修费用。
Based on business conditions, climate and market energy prices, propose plans for energy-saving operation and budgets for operation and maintenance costs.
根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划和运行维修费用预算。
Be responsible for coordinating the relationships with business departments such as municipal engineering related to the hotel to obtain a favorable external environment.
负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境。
Review and approve the employee training plan, and regularly provide training for employees in business skills, service awareness and basic qualities.
审定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。
Be able to fully understand the business intentions of the general manager, correctly handle the relationships between superiors and subordinates as well as among departments, and be capable of organizing and commanding the implementation of various work plans of the engineering department to ensure its normal operation.
能充分领会总经理的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
