Proficient in the cooking and preparation of various cold and hot meat dishes, with comprehensive capabilities. Strictly operate and ensure safe production in accordance with hygiene standards to guarantee food quality.
各类冷/热荤的烹调制作,具备通岗能力,根据卫生标准严格操作安全生产,保证食品的质量。
Be responsible for disinfecting special tools, cutting boards, containers, etc., and also keep freezers, ovens, etc. clean and hygienic.
负责对专用工具、砧板、容器等消毒工作,同时也要保持冰柜、烤箱等清洁卫生。
Check the consumption of raw materials after each meal every day and apply for and replenish them in a timely manner.
检查每日餐后的原料消耗,及时申购、补充。
Cooperate with the Food Inspection department to spot-check the dishes and retained sample types and conduct tests to ensure the absolute safety of the guests' food.
配合食品检验部抽查菜品及留样品种并进行化验,确保宾客食品的绝对安全。
Position requirements岗位要求
Familiar with Western cuisine and experience in making cold and hot dishes in the kitchen, in good health and able to endure hardships.
熟悉西餐菜式、厨房冷菜热菜制作经验,身体健康,能吃苦耐劳。
Master cost accounting, food raw materials and food nutrition knowledge.
掌握成本核算,食物原料及食品营养知识。
Those with working experience in the same position in a five-star hotel will be given priority.
