·      Develop and maintain Hotelsoftware properly management system, smoothly to ensure a smooth computersystem functioning without interruption to the hotel daily computer operation.

·      Attend to solve computerproblems promptly.

·      Ensure system security ismaintained at all times.

·      Develop report writers andprograms as requested.

·      Stay current on all changes incomputing technology.
密切关注电脑各方面信息的变化与趋势。
·      Maintain and test all currentand future cabling.
维护与测试当前与将运用的网络系统。
·      Extra working hours will be asrequired to ensure system reliability.
为确保系统的安全运行，要遵守该部门特殊的工作时间。
·      Liaise with computer suppliersfor maintenance, support service and computer supplies. 
确保电脑系统的维修、服务支持，保持与电脑供应商的联系。
·      Ensure that EDP Room is restrictedto all personnel except authorized personnel.
严格限制进入电脑房的人员，被授权的特例人员除外。
·      Maintain operation of usersInternet functions adhere to rules of hotel exclude non-authorized user.
根据酒店规定开启用户的上网功能，不得私自对未授权用户开启此功能。
·      Ensure all hotel system passwordsbe record and hand in to Director of Finance cannot amend any password withoutDirector of Finance approval.
对所有系统密码进行登记并上交给财务总监备份并不能随意更改。
·      Responsible for hotel systemupgrade. Ensure the PC spare parts quality of hotel computer.
负责控制酒店电脑配件的质量。
·      Assist in the training andmentoring of new talents.  Strives todevelop new procedures that reduce workload and stress. 
参与培训新人才，尽力运用新的方法以缓轻工作中的压力。
·      Ensure computer virusinformation alert be distributed to all Department users and keep the networksafety all the time.
及时向各使用电脑部门发布电脑病毒信息，防止病毒扩散，保证系统的安全。
·      Assist in the processing ofdata and correcting errors as required.
协助进行数据的处理并纠正系统错误。
·      Ensure all in-house guests’Internet requests are solved promptly.
解决客人在酒店内上网时出现的问题。
·      Ensure frequently spot checkis held to all users adhere to rules of hotel, any prohibitive programs will becancelled promptly.
严格按照酒店规定不定期检查所有用户电脑，一旦发现有违禁程序必须立即删除。
·      Follow all hotel EDP operatingprocedures.  Ensure all procedures areadhered to.
严格遵守电脑房的操作程序。
·      Promote and encourage the useof Quality process to resolve issues which may arise.
推广和鼓励用高质量的方法解决问题。
·      Perform common duties as maybe assigned by management. 履行由管理层指定的应尽职责。
