职位描述

·       Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director ofSales and Marketing.

协助市场销售总监制定年度市场计划。

·       Produce a demand forecast weekly; deploy transient/group inventoryrestrictions and pricing strategies, designed to maximize revenue from a rateand occupancy perspective.

准备每周预测报表, 调整各市场分额的房间分配和价格策略, 通过价格和住房率分析将收入最大化。

·       Ensure that the hotel has the optimal mix to maximize revenues andprofitability.

确保酒店各市场分类最佳搭配,最大限度提高收益及利润率。

·       Ensure optimal pricing for all market segments, specifically focusing onCorporate, Groups and retail.

确保所有细分市场的最优定价,特别是针对公司客户,团队客户及散客。

·       Implement pricing as per Accor’ pricing policies.

按雅高集团的要求制定价格体系。

·      Ensure that pricing decisionsare appropriately folded into the distribution channel strategies of the hotel,specifically for brand websites, third parties and GDS.

确保价格体系按照集团要求体现在相关销售渠道,包括集团网站,第三方和全球预定系统。

·      Consult with Sales peoples onrate/inventory suitability of all potential group business.

与销售人员协商所有团队的价格和房间数量。

·      Oversee the management ofgroup block activity. Ensure that group cut-off dates, rooming lists, groupblock activity (i.e., pick up, attrition) are being well managed.

监督团队预定情况,确保团队预定的截止时间、分房清单、控制团队房间预定(确认取消及减少情况),从而确保对其良好的管控。

·      Drive the revenue strategymeetings in accordance.

主持酒店的收入策略会议。

·      Pro-actively identify and analyzebusiness opportunities from a net profit standpoint and make the appropriatebusiness decisions and advice the Director of Sales & Marketing and GeneralManager / Resident Manager e.g. comparing wedding business with a businessmeeting with rooms.

从最大化酒店收入的角度通过分析给出管理层决策的建议。

·      Monitor to maintainconsistency with property level inventory strategies and align with bestavailable rate pricing philosophy.

监控以保持市场分类策略的一致性和最佳价格体系。

·      Analyze channel performanceboth, Accor channels (brand website, GDS) and third parties.

分析各销售渠道的产量包括集团网、全球预定系统和第三方。

·      Mentor, coach and superviseReservation Manager.

指导、培训及管理预订部经理。

·      Reporting on key strategicissues such as channel performance, ROI of promotions etc and ensuring thatdata entry and output is “clean” in all relevant Accor systems.

汇报主要市场策略相关事宜,包括各销售渠道产量, 酒店各促销活动的收益情况并确保提交雅高集团各数据准确无误。

·      Prepare competitor set analyzereports daily (Average rate, occupancy, RevPar, Market Share, RPI).

准备每日竞争对手分析报告(平均房价、入住率、每间可售房收入、市场分额占比和零售价格指数)。

·      Responsible for all relativeRevenue, forecast and analyze reports.

负责所有相关收入、预测和分析的报告。

·      Monitor the market trend andcompetitor’s movements and give feed back to the Director of Sales &marketing.

注视市场趋势和竞争对手动向并向市场销售总监反馈。
