·      To assist the PurchasingManager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the PurchasingDepartment.

·      Report the regular work toPurchasing Manager.

·      Make sure the purchase policyand procedures are adhered to under the supervision of the purchasemanager.  Choose the best price withoutscarify our standard.
在采购经理的管理下，确保采购程序的运作。在不降低标准的前提下，选择最合适的价格。
·      Responsible for thesupervision and guidance of talent .
监督和指导采购员的工作。
·      Ensure that purchases are notdone in arm’s length and that no commission or other forms of rewards arecompromised in the negotiation. 
确认在和供应商谈判时不接收任何形式的报酬。
·      Must be familiar with most ofthe regular items procured by the hotel  
熟悉酒店所需的日常用品。
