Oversee daily operations of guest room floors, ensuring cleaning, linen change, and amenity replenishment meet hotel standards.
负责酒店客房楼层的日常运营管理，确保客房清洁、布草更换、物品补充等工作符合酒店标准；

Supervise and guide floor attendants, allocate tasks efficiently to enhance team productivity.
监督和指导楼层服务员的工作，合理安排任务，提升团队效率；

Inspect room hygiene and facility conditions, report maintenance needs promptly and track progress.
检查客房卫生、设施设备状况，及时反馈维修需求并跟进处理进度；

Assist in handling guest complaints and special requests to ensure satisfaction.
协助处理客人投诉及特殊需求，确保客人满意度；

Manage requisition, storage, and inventory of floor supplies to control costs and minimize wastage.
负责楼层物资的申领、保管及盘点，控制成本，避免浪费；

Participate in new staff training to facilitate rapid adaptation to role requirements.
参与新员工培训，帮助其快速适应岗位要求；

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
