Oversee the daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring standardized and efficient procedures for linen and uniform cleaning.
全面负责洗衣房日常运营管理，确保布草、制服洗涤流程规范高效；

Develop and implement laundry quality standards, oversee equipment operation and maintenance.
制定并执行洗涤质量标准，监督洗涤设备操作与维护保养工作；

Optimize detergent usage and energy costs, manage inventory and procurement of supplies.
合理控制洗涤剂用量及能耗成本，做好库存管理与耗材采购计划；

Train and guide laundry staff on operational skills, establish standardized workflows.
培训指导洗衣房员工操作技能，建立标准化工作流程；

Conduct regular quality inspections, address complaints and improvement requests regarding linen cleanliness.
定期检查洗涤质量，处理客户及部门对布草清洁的投诉与改进要求；

Coordinate linen exchange with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments.
协调与前厅、客房、餐饮等部门的布草收发对接工作；

Enforce safety protocols to ensure equipment security and compliant chemical storage.
落实安全生产规范，确保设备使用安全及化学品存放合规。
