Develop and implement service standards and operational procedures, monitor service quality, and enhance member satisfaction.
制定并执行健身中心服务标准与操作流程，监督服务质量，提升会员满意度；

Manage fitness class scheduling and coach teams, regularly organize staff training and proficiency assessments.
负责健身课程安排与教练团队管理，定期组织员工培训与技能考核；

Monitor hygiene and safety conditions to ensure compliance with hotel sanitation standards and safety regulations.
监控健身中心卫生与安全状况，确保符合酒店卫生标准及安全规范；

Address member complaints and suggestions, promptly resolving operational issues.
处理会员投诉与建议，及时解决运营过程中的各类问题；

Develop and execute member recruitment and retention plans to achieve departmental revenue targets.
制定并执行会员招募与维护计划，完成部门业绩指标；

Manage fitness center inventory and cost control, conduct regular equipment and supply audits.
负责健身中心物资管理与成本控制，定期盘点设备与耗材。
