Fully oversee hotel operations management during the night shift, ensuring the smooth functioning of all nighttime services.
全面负责酒店夜班期间的运营管理工作，确保夜间各项服务正常运转；  
Handle emergency incidents occurring at night, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly, and ensure hotel safety.
处理夜间突发紧急事件，协调各部门及时解决问题，保障酒店安全；
Supervise the execution of duties by night staff (front desk, security, housekeeping, etc.) to maintain service quality.
监督夜间前台、安保、客房等岗位的工作执行情况，确保服务质量；
Inspect and document the operational status of facilities and equipment at night, reporting malfunctions for immediate repair.检查并记录夜间设施设备的运行状态，及时报修异常情况；
Complete nighttime financial reconciliation and shift handover records to ensure accurate and clear accounting.
完成夜间财务对账及交接班记录，确保账目清晰准确；  
Assist in handling guest complaints and special requests, delivering high-quality nighttime customer service.
协助处理客人投诉及特殊需求，提供优质的夜间客户服务；
Implement the hotel’s nighttime security patrol system, ensuring fire safety and security measures are enforced.
执行酒店夜间安全巡查制度，确保消防及安保措施落实到位。  

Physically fit to adapt to night shift schedules (typical working hours: 23:00 - 08:00 the next day).
身体健康，能适应夜班工作节奏（工作时间通常为23:00-次日8:00）。
