Responsible for maintaining and promoting the hotel's brand image, formulating and implementing marketing communication strategies, and enhancing the hotel's market influence;负责酒店品牌形象维护与推广，制定并执行市场传讯策略，提升酒店市场影响力；
Plan and organize online and offline marketing activities, including holiday promotions, themed events, etc., to attract potential customers;策划并组织线上线下营销活动，包括节日促销、主题活动等，吸引潜在客户；
Manage the hotel's social media platforms (such as WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, etc.), regularly publish high-quality content, and increase fan interaction and brand exposure;管理酒店社交媒体平台（如微信、微博、小红书等），定期发布优质内容，提高粉丝互动与品牌曝光；
Compose press releases, promotional copy, and advertising materials, ensuring that the content aligns with the brand tone and appeals to the target audience;撰写新闻稿、宣传文案及广告素材，确保内容符合品牌调性并吸引目标受众；
Maintain good relationships with media outlets, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and partners, expand promotional channels, and enhance the hotel's market voice;与媒体、KOL及合作伙伴保持良好关系，拓展宣传渠道，提升酒店市场声量；
Monitor market trends and competitor movements, adjust communication strategies in a timely manner, and ensure the hotel's competitive advantages;监测市场动态及竞品动向，及时调整传讯策略，确保酒店竞争优势；
Assist in designing promotional materials to ensure that the visual style is consistent with the brand image.协助设计宣传物料，确保视觉风格与品牌形象一致。
