1. 负责面点制作工序的规范化、标准化、流程化管理;
Responsible for the standardized, normalized, and process-oriented management of pastry production procedures;2. 制订面点制作标准操作规程,确保产品的品质稳定性和口感一致性;
Formulate standard operating procedures for pastry production to ensure the stability of product quality and consistency of taste;3. 提出改进方案,提高面点制作效率,降低成本;
Propose improvement plans to improve the efficiency of pastry production and reduce costs;4. 引入新工艺、新原材料、新设备等,推动面点制作技术革新;
Introduce new technologies, new raw materials, new equipment, etc., to promote technological innovation in pastry production;5. 开展员工培训,提升员工素质和技能水平;
Conduct employee training to improve employees' quality and skill levels;
6. 粤菜点心、淮阳点心、煎炸点心、西点等;
Cantonese dim sum, Huaiyangdim sum, fried pastries, western pastries, etc;
7.完成上级领导交付的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求Job Requirements :
1. 具备在连锁餐饮企业或面点生产企业从事面点制作管理三年以上工作经验,具有成功的管理经验,可胜任该岗位;
Have more than three years of work experience in pastry production management in chain catering enterprises or pastry productionenterprises, with successful management experience and be competent for the position;
2. 具备优秀的组织能力,较强的执行力和分析判断能力;
Possess excellent organizational skills, strong execution, and analytical and judgment abilities;
3. 为人正直,有责任心,能够承担较大的工作压力;
Be honest, responsible, and able to withstand greater work pressure;
4. 熟悉面点原材料、设备和行业发展情况,对市场趋势有敏锐的洞察力;
Be familiar with pastry raw materials, equipment, and industry development, and have a keen insight into market trends;
5. 愿意长期驻外发展。
