BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
Providesfunctional direction to hotel sales, marketing, PR and reservation staff areato optimize opportunities through proactive planning and execution of theapproved business plan and budget as well as marketing and sales plans. Directand plan hotel advertising and PR plans to raise brand awareness. Implementcorporate marketing program initiatives to drive incremental channel shift.Executes strategies which ultimately stimulate demand for room nights, driveincremental revenues, stimulate product demand and achieve #1 or 2 RGIpositioning among identified competitive set.
为酒店销售,市场及公关部员工制定工作计划及指导,并落实执行各部门工作计划和预算指标。通过酒店广告及公关计划增强酒店的知名度。制定市场及客户拓展计划以增加销售通路。始终贯彻市场策略的执行来增加客房率及提高酒店收入。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 职责和义务
1. Responsible for the overallsupervision of all Sales personnel in following sales policy and practiceestablished by the Hotel and GCH Hotel Group.
监督并负责所有部门员工落实GCH大中華酒店集团制定的销售策略和政策。
2. works with General Manager andhotel sales and marketing team to review business projections and developannual marketing/sales plans, which support annual area revenue goals andreturns to owners and shareholders.
协助总经理及市场销售团队定期总结工作项目的执行情况和更新市场销售计划,以达成年度区域目标并汇报与业主和股东。
3. Reviews marketing and salesbudgets and allocated expenditures to ensure most effective use of fundsavailable to support business objectives.
参考市场销售部门预算合理分配开支。
4. Works with hotel GeneralManager and the corporate sales and marketing team in the development ofadvertising and sales promotions and plans, which support the achievement ofprofitability objectives.
协助总经理及市场销售团队进行广告推广和销售促销活动计划,以达到酒店营业目标增加利润。
5. Directs and reviews relatedadvertising activities in conjunction and cooperation with the Public RelationsDepartment.
指导公关部门相关广告活动。
6. Provides direction in the development ofeffective marketing and sales strategies and plans, to ensure rate andoccupancy objectives are achieved. Keeps abreast of best practices in theregion and tailors’ activities to achieve goals.

7. Identifies and recommend sales training needsdesigned to improve the selling and customer service skills of sales staff.Collaborates with the training department in the assessment of operationalstaff and delivery of specialized training needs.
针对业务需要,将所需培训项目通知培训部门,定期组织销售培训活动以提高销售技巧。
8. Reviews hotel performance against budget andestablishes improvement action as necessary.
定期总结前段时间工作情况,为下阶段工作做更好的准备。
9. Ensure effective use of yield management systemsto maximize revenue opportunities in achieving RevPAR targets.
确保收益管理系统的有效利用,在达到可售房平均房价的指标基础上,使收益增加化。
10. Ensure synergy in the use of hotel operationsystems, technology and sales practices and the sharing of best practices.
确保与酒店运作系统和技术和销售培训。
11. Develops and maintains strong relationships withSales and Marketing Team, customers, industry and the business community.
与市场销售团队,客户和商业团体保持和发展良好的合作关系。
12. Co-ordinate and participate actively intrade-show and Sales trip events as identified to maintain close liaison withtravel intermediaries, local business groups and airlines.

13. Establish and review Strategic Sales accountplanning and utilization.

14. Co-ordinates and manages all monthly reportingrequirements for the home office of GCH Hotel Group and the hotel.
向酒店管理层和GCH大中華酒店集团总部提交每月所需报表。
15. Coordinates efforts between theSales Office. Front Office and the F&B Department.
协调销售部和前厅及餐饮部的工作。
16. Performs other duties andresponsibilities that may be assigned.
完成上级指派的其它工作。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1. A degree in BusinessAdministration or related discipline.工商管理或相关专业学位。
2. Minimum 8 years experience inMarketing and Sales in an international hotel environment.
8年上国际酒店市场营销工作经验及类似管理经验。
3. Personable, aggressive andarticulate. 积极进取,善于表达。
4. Fluent in English and Putonghuawith strong oral and written communication skills.
流利的普通话及英语口语及书面表达能力。
5. An in-depth understanding ofdistribution and yield management. 强烈的责任心和责任感。
