BASIC FUNCTION基本职能
Ensure the normal operation of all hotel facilities and equipment during the shift, and carry out preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
当班期间保障酒店所有设施设备的正常运行,做好预防性保养和应急维修工作。
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和责任
1. Maintains all machines, equipment, apparatus and fixtures in good operating condition.
维护所有正常运行的机器,设备,仪器和固定装置。
2. Plan, organizes and co-ordinates activities of personnel during his shift, keeping in mind
maintenance jobs, trouble reports and schedules.
当班时计划,组织和协调人际关系,留心维修工作,问题报告和日程表。
3. Directs, leads subordinates to perform in accordance with operating procedures on maintenance and repair of machines and equipment.
指导,领导下属根据运行程序执行机器和设备的维护和维修。
4. Keeps accurate records of machine breakdowns, repairs and operating costs.
精确记录机器设备的损坏,维修和运行成本。
5. Implements in his section, energy conservation measures and keeps track of utility consumption.

6. Responsible for the upkeep of all Engineering areas.
负责工程部所有区域的保养。
7. Prepares requisition of materials needed for maintenance and repair of equipment and machines.
准备维修所需材料,随时提供设备机器的维修。
8. Prepares periodic reports of repair and maintenance of all hotel equipment.
准备酒店所有设备的维修维护定期报告。
9. Logs down all-important events that happened during his shift.
记录所有当班期间的重要事件。
10. Conducts preliminary selection interviews of candidates for positions under his section.
对自己下属应聘者进行初步面试。
11. Conducts orientation of new hires for his section.
负责对新进人员进行指导。
12. Appraises performance of subordinates every 6 months, counsels them and advises hem of their strengths and weaknesses
每个月对下属员工的表现进行一次评估,指出他们的优点和弱点。13. Performs other duties that may be required of him.
执行其他被要求的工作。
14. Identifies training needs of his subordinates and conducts training within his section.
了解下属的培训需求,并执行本部门的培训。
15. Initiates misconduct notice

JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求
1. Preferably, Mechanical Engineering graduate or equivalent in experience.
机械专业毕业优先或有同类经验。
2. Minimum 4 years' experience of which should be 3 years' experience with a hotel
至少4年以上的工程部工作经验,3年以上酒店工作经验
3. Male
男性.
4. Possesses supervisory skills
拥有一定的管理能力.
5. Strong in Human Relations and leadership
