Job responsibility 【岗位职责】
Have equivalent sales work experience with international chain hotel brands.具有国际连锁酒店品牌同等销售工作经验。
Work with the marketing and sales director to develop the annual sales plan of the division.同市场销售总监一起制定分部的年销售计划。
Establish horizontal sales management communication with revenue managers to maximize profits.建立与收益经理的横向销售管理沟通以争取提高利润。
Advise the Administrative Committee on price strategies, preferential policies, special promotional packages and activities. Work closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to determine sales targets, prices and processes for banquets and conferences.对行政委员会制定价格策略、优惠政策、特别促销套价及活动提供建议。与餐饮总监紧密合作，确定宴会、会议的销售目标、价格及流程。
Advise PR personnel on effectively promoting hotel products that meet Accor Hotel Group standards at home and abroad.给公关人员提供有效地在国内外推销符合雅高酒店集团标准的酒店产品的建议。
Coordinate closely with the Director of Housekeeping to achieve rate management and facilitate sales in the front office department for the highest occupancy rate.同房务部总监密切协调以实现房价管理，并促进前厅部的销售以获得较高的住房率。
Encourage and develop positive relationships with the public, tourists, customers and business people.鼓励和发展同公众、旅客、客户以及商界人士之间的积极紧密的关系。
Organize and submit weekly sales reports to the Director of Marketing Sales.组织并提交每周销售报告给市场销售总监。
Follow the role model of Accor Hotel Group's values and brand standards, and guide the appearance and behavior standards of hotel talents.遵循雅高酒店集团价值观、品牌标准的榜样，酒店人才仪容仪表和行为标准的指导人。
Supervise the daily work of sales managers and sales staff and sales office clerks.督导销售经理和销售人员以及销售办公室文员的日常工作。
Ensure that sales management goals are set and monthly work is ensured.确保设定销售管理目标同时确保每月工作情况。
Coordinate sales activities with other departments and emphasize maintaining good working and cooperative relations with the guest rooms and catering departments.协调与其他部门的销售活动，并强调与客房和餐饮部门保持良好的工作和合作关系。

Job requirements 【岗位要求】
More than 1 year of relevant work experience.1年以上相关工作经验。
Must have previous team management experience.必须具备团队管理经验。
Good knowledge of Revenue Management.良好的收益管理知识。
Good knowledge of marcom, esp. digital marketing.良好的市场推广知识，尤其是在线市场推广。
Computer literate in the Windows environment, PMS, Hotel Distribution, with an aptitude for new technologies.熟悉电脑操作，能够操作专业软件。
