· Manages the People & Culture Department, proposing long-term goals and developingand implementing strategies to meet them.

· Coordinates with and assistsheads of department in the preparation of the hotel’s manning guide budget andensures that staffing levels are in line with theannual manning guide budget.

· Develop, implement andcontinually review People & Culture policies & procedures, practices and personneladministration system, updating and recommending improvements as appropriate tomanagement.
开发、实施和不断的回顾人力资源政策程序、做法和人事管理系统,更新或建议、酌情改善管理
· Ensure that clear lines ofcommunication exist to disseminate information affecting employer-employeerelations, employee activities and hotel policies and programs.
确保雇主与雇员关系、员工活动以及酒店方针政策方面的无障碍沟通
· Develop and maintain effectiveadministration of personnel record-keeping, personnel files, personnel reportsand statistics.
开发并保持对人事记录、人事档案、人事报告以及统计的有效管理
· Keep abreast with present andfuture trends, practices computer systems related to HR and makesrecommendation as appropriate.
与目前及未来的趋势保持一致,联系与人力资源相关的电脑系统,并提出合适的建议
· Write regular reports on HumanResources activities to the executive office and department heads.
书写关于人力资源活动的定期报表给行政办公室以及各部门经理
· Manage the recruitment functionand develop HR and implements recruiting systems and procedures in order toattract best-qualified candidates.
管理招聘职能,发展并实施招聘系统及程序,以吸引合适候选人
· Monitor effective employeerelations, health & safety practices and social programs.
管理监督有效的员工关系、安全健康联系以及社会项目
· Counsel staff at all levels asneeded in area such as recruitment, training and development, career planning,employee relations, discipline, HR legal issues related.
如有需要,可以在招聘、培训发展、职业计划、员工关系、违纪以及人力资源相关法律问题上给予员工建议
· Survey, implement, communicateand administer the compensation and benefits in compliance with labor laws andpolicies in order to attract and retain employees.
遵循劳动法及政策来调查、实施、沟通和管理员工福利,以吸引和招聘员工
· Keep abreast with the laborlaws and make sure they are respected and adhered to by the HR processes.

· Oversee the training anddevelopment function in the hotel in order to meet the strategic businessobjectives

· Prepare the annual HR budgetand yearly manpower forecast

· Understand and strictly adheresto the Rules & Regulations established in regards to hotel’s policy onFire, Hygiene and Health & Safety.
理解并严格遵守既定的关于火警、卫生和健康安全的酒店相关政策
· Ensure that all potential andreal hazards are reported and reduced immediately.
