【岗位职责】
1、全面负责酒店前台的日常运营管理工作，确保前台服务高效、专业、符合酒店标准；
2、监督前台员工的工作表现，提供必要的培训和指导，提升团队服务水平；
3、处理宾客投诉及特殊需求，确保问题得到及时、妥善的解决；
4、协调与其他部门（如客房部、餐饮部等）的沟通与合作，保障酒店整体运营顺畅；
5、负责前台排班、考勤及绩效管理，优化人力资源配置；
6、审核每日报表及账目，确保财务数据的准确性和完整性；
7、参与制定并执行前台服务流程及标准，持续提升宾客满意度。
【岗位要求】
1、具备酒店前台或相关岗位工作经验，有管理经验者优先；
2、熟悉酒店前台操作系统（如Opera PMS）及基本财务流程；
3、优秀的沟通能力、服务意识及应变能力，能高效处理突发事件；
4、具备团队管理能力，善于激励和培养员工；
5、工作细致、责任心强，能适应轮班制工作安排；
6、普通话流利，英语口语良好者优先。
