【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店楼宇日常运营管理，确保设施设备正常运行
2、定期检查酒店公共区域、客房及设施设备的清洁与维护状况，及时发现并解决存在的问题；
4、协调与其他部门的沟通与合作，确保楼宇服务与其他运营环节无缝衔接；
5、处理客户关于楼宇服务的投诉与建议，及时反馈并落实改进措施；
6、负责楼宇服务相关物资的管理与调配，控制成本并确保物资充足；
7、监督并执行酒店的安全与卫生标准，确保符合行业规范及法律法规要求。
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的服务意识与责任心，能够高效处理工程服务中的各类问题；
2、良好的组织与协调能力，能够合理安排团队工作并确保任务顺利完成；
3、熟悉酒店行业楼宇服务流程及标准，有相关工作经验者优先；
5、能够适应弹性工作时间，具备较强的抗压能力；
6、具备基础的办公软件操作能力，能够完成相关报表与记录工作；
7、具备基本的电气、机械或相关技术知识，有相关证书者优先
