【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、宴会等产品的销售工作，完成领导下达的销售指标；
2、开发新客户并维护现有客户关系，定期拜访重点客户，建立长期稳定的合作关系；
3、分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，制定并执行销售策略，提升酒店市场份额；
4、协助策划并执行酒店的市场推广活动，提高品牌知名度；
5、与酒店其他部门（如前厅、餐饮、财务等）保持良好沟通，确保客户需求得到及时响应；
6、定期提交销售报告及市场分析，为管理层提供决策支持；
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的销售能力和客户开发经验，有酒店行业销售经验者优先；
2、良好的沟通技巧和谈判能力，能够独立处理客户关系；
3、具备市场分析能力，能够根据市场变化调整销售策略；
4、工作积极主动，抗压能力强，能够适应快节奏的工作环境；
5、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel、PPT等）；
6、具备团队合作精神，能够与各部门协调配合；
7、能接受灵活的工作时间安排。
