【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议及宴会等产品的市场开拓与销售，完成个人及团队业绩指标。
2、制定并执行销售计划，主动开发新客户，维护现有客户关系，提升客户忠诚度。
3、对接企业客户、商务公司、旅行社及会展机构等渠道，落实协议签署与后期服务。
4、负责客户询价、报价、谈判及合同签订，协调酒店内部各部门确保服务交付。
5、跟踪市场动态及竞争对手信息，及时反馈并协助调整销售策略。
6、参与重要客户的接待、拜访及投诉处理，保障客户满意度。
7、定期提交销售报告，分析销售数据，为管理层提供决策依据。
8、配合酒店完成各类营销活动及品牌推广工作，提升酒店市场影响力。
