【岗位职责】
1、全面负责中厨房的日常运营管理，包括菜单设计、菜品研发、成本控制及厨房团队管理；
2、制定并执行厨房操作标准（SOP），确保菜品质量、口味及呈现符合酒店高标准要求；
3、监督食材采购、库存管理及成本核算，优化厨房运营效率，降低损耗；
4、培训并指导厨房团队，提升员工专业技能及服务意识，确保团队高效协作；
5、配合餐饮部完成各类宴会、主题活动及VIP接待的菜品设计与执行；
6、严格遵守食品安全及卫生规范，确保厨房环境符合相关法律法规及酒店标准。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，烹饪、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
2、5年以上高端酒店或知名餐饮企业中厨房管理经验，具备总厨或副厨任职经历；
3、精通粤菜、本帮菜或其他中式菜系，具备创新研发能力及国际化餐饮视野；
4、熟悉厨房成本控制、食材采购及供应链管理，具备较强的数据分析能力；
5、优秀的团队领导力与沟通能力，能适应高强度工作及灵活排班；
6、年龄30-45岁，持有效健康证及相关职业资格证书（如厨师证等）。
