【岗位职责】
1、负责洗衣房日常运营管理，确保洗衣流程高效、有序进行；
2、监督洗衣设备的操作与维护，确保设备正常运行并及时报修故障；
3、管理洗衣房员工的工作分配、排班及培训，提升团队工作效率；
4、检查洗涤质量，确保布草、制服等符合酒店卫生与清洁标准；
5、控制洗衣房成本，合理使用洗涤剂、水电等资源，避免浪费；
6、处理洗衣房突发问题，如设备故障、布草短缺等，确保及时解决；
7、与其他部门（如客房部、餐饮部）协调，确保布草及制服供应及时；
8、定期盘点库存，确保布草及洗涤用品的充足储备。
【岗位要求】
1、具备洗衣房或相关领域工作经验，熟悉洗涤流程及设备操作；
2、具备团队管理能力，能有效分配任务并监督员工表现；
3、注重细节，对布草清洁质量有高标准要求；
4、具备基本的设备维护知识，能处理简单故障；
5、良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门高效配合；
6、能适应轮班工作制，包括周末及节假日；
7、身体健康，能胜任体力劳动及长时间站立工作。
