【岗位职责】
1、负责处理酒店客房、宴会及餐饮的预订请求，确保预订信息准确无误；
2、通过电话、邮件及在线渠道及时响应客户咨询，提供专业的预订服务；
3、录入并维护预订系统中的客户信息，确保数据完整且实时更新；
4、协助处理预订变更、取消及特殊需求，与相关部门协调确保客户需求得到满足；
5、定期核对预订数据，生成预订报表，协助管理层进行数据分析；
6、跟进未确认的预订，主动与客户沟通以完成确认流程；
7、遵守酒店服务标准及操作流程，确保客户隐私及数据安全。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的沟通能力及服务意识，能够以礼貌、专业的态度对待客户；
2、熟练使用办公软件（如Word、Excel）及酒店管理系统（Opera系统优先）；
3、具备较强的细节处理能力，能够高效准确地完成数据录入及核对工作；
4、能够适应快节奏工作环境，具备团队协作精神及抗压能力；
5、英语基础良好，能处理简单的英文邮件及电话沟通（优先考虑）；
6、可接受轮班工作制（包括周末及节假日）。
