2、将楼层领班的提货单与楼层工作间的物品进行抽样对比以确保准确
3、收到货物后，抽查其数量和质量。任何质量和数量的不符都要向行政管家汇报
4、作好所有收到和发出货物的登记工作， 并不断进行更新
5、精确记录月度消耗量及储备量，并于每月初将汇总报告交与行政管家
