· Create andexecute design concepts for the hotel’s promotional materials, collaterals,theme decor and other items based on specifications given on assigned subject.
· Convertdesigns into camera-ready artwork (ready for printing or production) manuallyor using desktop publishing systems.
· Design andproduce signages, banquet posters, banners, backdrops and other decor.
· Ensure that Hiltonidentity guidelines are followed on creative materials (i.e. hotel brand,color, specifications).
· Ensure thatjobs are scheduled properly, and time management is exercised for the artsection to meet set deadlines for design and art works.
· Organize thecreative library (designs, graphics, photographs, books, reference materials,color guides) for easy reference.
· Ensure that desktoppublishing systems are regularly serviced and maintained.
· Ensure the replenishmentof required art supplies and paper stock.
· Maintain artworks and design filling systems.
· Work withHilton Web Marketing to ensure contents of pages are updated atall times
