工作职责：•	Maintain par stock in the housekeeping store and ensure that required supplies are available to all floors.保持一个标准的仓储量，并能满足楼层的需要。•	Check requisitions against the supplies in the pantry for accuracy.将楼层领班的提货单与楼层工作间的物品进行抽样对比以确保准确。•	Report to the Executive Housekeeper differences in quantity or quality of received items, and shortage of supplies.收到货物后，抽查其数量和质量。任何质量和数量的不符都要向行政管家汇报。•	Keep track and update all records of goods received and issued accordingly.作好所有收到和发出货物的登记工作， 并不断进行更新。•	Keep an accurate record of the monthly consumption of supplies and store inventory, submitting reports to the Executive Housekeeper with the final figures at the beginning of each month.精确记录月度消耗量及储备量，并于每月初将汇总报告交与行政管家。•	Check minibar store for any discrepancies and be responsible for the issuance and inventory of minibar items.密切与服务员合作，检查小酒吧的每日消耗，总仓发货，回收记录确保与记录相符。•	Conduct daily inventory of the minibar store and operating equipment, raising requisitions for minibar stock and guest supplies.每天盘点小酒吧储备并负责小酒吧物品的发放。•	Submit inventories / reports to the Executive Housekeeper at the beginning of each month.协助做小酒吧及运作设备盘点， 于每月初将盘点报告交给行政管家。•	Ensure that the storeroom is well arranged and cleaned.每日检查仓储室，保持仓库的卫生。•	Check the storeroom daily and hand over keys before signing out for the day.确保仓库物品清洁，摆放有序。下班时移交钥匙。•	Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests’ requests.根据服务流程，为客人提供帮助,响应客人的要求。•	Maintain all equipment in good working condition.维持所有的设备状态处于良好的工作状态。•	Keep linen room neat and orderly. 保持布草房的整洁和井井有条。维持楼层布草房的干净和整洁。•	Maintain a clean work area, good working relationships with team members and all other departments.坚持酒店的清洁和维护程序，与本部门和其它部门的同事保持良好的工作关系。•	Report maintenance issues promptly to Engineering.迅速向工程部汇报维修内容。•	Adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton’s code of business conduct, the hotel’s team member handbook, security and emergency policies and procedures.遵守酒店的工作政策及程序，遵守希尔顿的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。•	The Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.如有必要 ，酒店管理层有权更改或补充该职位描述。•	Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。任职资格：•	Flexible  with  working  hours, able  to  work  morning / evening  shifts, weekends and public holidays能够适应工作时间安排，可上早班/晚班，周末及公共假期上班
