• Provide sufficient cleaning supplies and equipment which are in accordance with sanitation standards and in good condition to the outlets and kitchen sections, for stewarding operation during a shift.

• Responsible for implementing a detailed cleaning program as scheduled, monitoring the results of each action.

• Responsible for the proper handling and maintenance of all equipment in the kitchen, storing and safekeeping all flatware, glassware, hollowware, utensils and related equipment.

• Middle School Diploma equivalent or above
• 教育: 初中及以上或相等的学历。
• At least 3 years working experience in a 5-star category hotel
• 工作年限: 至少三年在五星级酒店的工作经验。
• Minimum of 2 years as a Stewarding Team Leader in an international brand hotel
• 管理经验: (如有) 至少两年的国际品牌酒店管事部领班经验。
• Possess a valid Health certificate
